I can display the fields I want no problem but I can't seem to get a column that has text that says "Download" and have it directly linked to the file path of the attachment so users can click this link "Download" and download the file. Not sure what field I need to bring in... to get the file url there seems to be a Content: Image Attachment etc fields available but none of them produce the url.

Sorry, I found it but just incase this is a question that someone else has:

When you choose the field don't focus on Content or Node look farther down the list for Upload and then create your link using attachment information
