I have uploaded drupal and on the installation process....

it gives me this error when i try to setup the database....

i have created the database and assigned a user with full privileges. but it gives me this error..
please advice

Make sure your servers are running. Then make sure settings.php file is configured correctly. In particular make sure the user, password, and database names on line 92 agree with what mysql is configured for.
