When i click modules page in my administer menu, it shows the following error.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 18874368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 509057 bytes) in /hermes/web06/b2220/moo.kashmirtheparadise/ktpe/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 301

i am not able to access modules page. i have a lot to configure. Why is this happenning.
