Have we got the GNU Aspell pathing fixed for Windows users?

I've been waiting to hear where exactly to place the aspell directory, and how to set the configuration pathing up under windows. I have tried c:/Aspell/bin/aspell.exe, c:\Aspell\bin\aspell.exe

I have tried making the Aspell appear under the spellcheck module directory, making an Aspell directory under the modules directory, nothing is working.
