Somehow, my storm person and drupal user databases are disconnected. (1) when adding a new person to Storm, my Drupal users are not available in the drop down list, and (2) when adding a new ticket (logged in as my drupal user but also having added it as a storm person as in (1) above), the organization field is empty and, hence, I cannot add a ticket. It would seem there's a disconnect of some sort, but I'm a little too new to Drupal to know how to find it. Anybody?

Magnity commentedI presume by 'dropdown list' you mean the 'users' autocomplete box.
Re the account that you are using to do this:
- Is it user/1?
- Else, what permissions does it have?
Have you created any organizations?

dwork commentedIssue (2) is resolve, it was a permissions issue. Issue (1): I have created organizations, and I'm attempting to add an existing user (not "admin") while logged in as user/1 ("admin"). Yes, I'm referring to the users autocomplete box when attempting to add an existing drupal user to Storm as a person in an organization.

Magnity commentedIf you look at the 'authored by' field of any content type, does the autocomplete there work?
Are the users all active, not blocked?
dwork commentedNone of the users are blocked, and the 'authored by' field doesn't allow selection either.
Magnity commentedIn that case, this is not a problem with Storm. The autocomplete is a function provided by Drupal core.
Do you have javascript working etc.? Do autocompletes work on other fields in your site?
Magnity commentedMarking as fixed from a Storm perspective.
Feel free to keep responding on this issue if it will help to get it working though.
