I've had the above problem with more than one CCK field modules, specifically in this instance the FileField module.

I'm working with a custom theme, and notice that if I'm using a default theme, everything works fine.

Thoughts? Is there a script I should add to my template file or something?

More info - the warning i get is as follows:

warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'theme_filefield_formatter_default' was given in mysite.com/includes/theme.inc on line 617.

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately I'm unable to help with custom theming or coding in the FileField queue. You'll need to search the forums or read the theming handbook.
