I loaded drupal 6.x onto my localhost and my online site. Somehow since version 6.15, whenever I load a new module like Taxonomy_Manager onto my /sites/all/modules directory, I cannot see the module shown up in the Modules adminstrator page. I tried the same thing with a few other modules and got the same problem. Please help. Thank you.

Are you sure you're loading the modules into the right site/locations? Maybe try clearing your site cache...
