The description for OpenLayers test module states "OpenLayers test module. There is no reason to install this."

In fact it is quite useful for testing your install.

Description should be changed.

Yes, that is the point. :) But the end user should not need to test the project. I usually (try to) end up keeping it hidden for actual releases and then un-hiding it for the dev.

It's main goal is to provide a module for SimpleTests, but due to how JS heavy the project is, there needs to be some manual testing.

Anyway, this is by design. If someone is actually interested in testing, then that description should not be a problem. Thanks for the concern, but I really don't think we need to change it.
