Issue Summary
I modified the project module and then wanted to change the way some of the tables were laid out. There doesn't seem to be any way to remove and re-install this module cleanly to allow it to re-install the tables.
If there is a way, it needs to be better documented.

I found this out when I removed the project tables (manually in mysql), and now I get errors when I visit the modules administration page, with compaints about missing tables.
