We will start porting that module after the port of ThemeKey itself started.

I must say, this module is underrated. ThemeKey Properties makes ThemeKey awesome. It's right up there with Rules, Context and Panels. My mind is blown away at the flexibility. :-)

Hi,

there is good news regarding the D7 port of themekey and themekey_properties.

The D7 port of themekey has been started at the Drupal 7 Sprint Camp in Hannover.
We decided to merge themekey_properties into the themekey module
so the properties provided by themekey_properties in D6 will be there
in the D7 version of themekey.
