I have a fresh install of 4.7.2. I have enabled all required EC modules and added a tax rate of 6.35% for state/region of UT. My test user address is in UT, but no tax is applied. www.nutristorage.com is the site, if that helps.

Tax is only applied to shippable products.

Right. The test product was created using the shippable product node and I have configured a shipping center in Utah in case it bases anything off of that. Still no shipping costs. I can't figure what I've done wrong, but I probably messed something up somewhere.

The tax module was over looked in update to the address format.

Fixed in both cvs and 4.7
