Scroll bars

I am having a hard time finding where or how I can either disable the the lightbox2 for the users contact form or get it display correctly.
What is going on is the I have lightbox enabled for the contacts and it works great right on the money for drupal/contact but in any other section it displays the box and the whole page inside it having to scroll over and down to reach the contact form.
I would like to either enable the contact form for just the drupal/contact I had tried to just add contact/lightbox2 as for the link itself but all i got was page not found.
or make the lightbox2 contact forms display correctly on the rest of the site work right.

if any has an idea how to make it work one way or the other please let me know
