Active Select does not popluate next select box

Active Select callback works fine and no js error found but it does not popluate the select box. It was working perfectly some days before but after Javascript virus attack activeselect and autocomplete both does not work now. I have removed js hack code from each file which have been infacted but still problem.

How to resolve this issue ??
