New formatter allows showing the actual URL entered, not just the URL's display title.

Added a patch to cvs.
- old asurl formatter, now displays as linktext the url if no title is present.
- new formatter with always url as linktext will available too.

(extra check_plain for cleanup linktext is not necessary because it will be done in "l"-function of common.inc)
