My groups.drupal.org account is gmclelland http://groups.drupal.org/user/31359 and my drupal.org account is http://drupal.org/user/136048
I have tried numerous attempts to submit a sync request and contact support, but nothing ever happens.
Please help resolve this issue.

avpadernoThe problem is that email, which is different in the reported account. You should choose one that will be used for both.

avpadernoBefore to proceed (the procedure requires the help of somebody from the infrastructure team to be completed, anyway), didn't the automatic fix help you? If you tried it, did you see any error messages?

avpadernoYes, the email must the same for both the accounts; that is why the accounts were reported to be not synchronized.
I am glad you were able to resolve the problem.
