This is a simple patch to provide a default country for the ClickATell provider. I am only registered to use US SMS numbers, so asking a user to specify USA each time doesn't make sense.

I think it would be a good idea if this was built into the framework. Most sites will want to limit the sending of SMS's to specific countries.
