Views gallery has a view gallery.
I use this view to show some galleries (using taxonomy), from each gallery I will see the latest image.

Now I would like to have a link on this picture (last image) to start lightbox an showhing all the images in this view.
In other words, I would like to bypass the step to open the gallery an then clicking on one image to open lightbox.

Can somebody help?

You should change the number of items to show in the gallery view and you just display the first item (with css).
