When enabling a new theme (whether an included theme or a custom one), I notice that the block titles are set correctly. They're always set to NULL when I have them define as "" in the garland theme.

I have a custom theme set as the default.

Is there a way to copy the titles instead of having to re-define them again or manually update the database?
