staticHTML Error

clemw - June 4, 2006 - 13:53

I've just installed the module staticHTML, but when I go to the admin page for it I get error the message below. I noticed the download is labelled 4.6, but it is included in the list of modules for drupal version 4.7. I was wondering if anyone else has staticHTML working properly on version 4.7?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: form_radios() in D:\inetpub\arachna\drupal-4.7.2\modules\staticHTML\staticHTML.module on line 200

Not 4.7 stable

Check what version you are playing with
http://drupal.org/node/63145/release

I dunno, but the CVS looks quite recent, so MAY be 4.7, but the error you are getting indicates that what you've got is NOT.

If you got something explicitly labelled 4.6 - that always indicates it's NOT 4.7.

Log it against the project as a feature request.

Forms API is resisting us

carlmcdade - June 4, 2006 - 18:05

As soon as we can get Drupal 4.7 forms api to give output formatted like this then then lots of updates to staticHTML will happen. This is because we would like staticHTML to be much more. The plan is to be able to create and run an entire site using static page and TinyMCE. To effectively remove the database from producing content pages and make a "lite" version of Drupal in the process.

The problem is forms API is not cooperating. If any one has hints on how to accomplish this then I will make the update of staticHTML a priority.
