problem with hierarchical select

i'm using hierarchical select module for selecting a forum on creating a forumtopic/thread and the more link not working and the smileys under the more link are shown on the bottom of the form.
and always when i'm selecting a forum per hierarchical select another more link shows up and on the bottom of the form another list of the smileys under the more link
