When making a front page post promotion request, the story and issue queue link should also be added to the front page schedule page at http://drupal.org/front-page-schedule - I've gone ahead and done this for you.

I also made a few edits to remove some duplicated links and repositioned and re-sized the Lynda.com logo. This looks great to me, and if another site maintainer gives it their +1 as well, we can add this to the schedule for promotion.
