Drupal 5 to 6 upgrade, need help!

Help with conversion from a Drupal 5 site with custom code to Drupal 6 with CCK, Views and user profiles. There are three major areas to this job.

#1 Migrate D5 profiles that have been created using custom code to D6 profiles
#2 Migrate Events created using custom code into a new CCK event type on D6
#3 Recreate pages created by custom modules in D5 using views to D6 and theme as needed.

How many Drupal sites using CCK and Views have your worked on?
Have you upgraded any sites from Drupal 5 to 6? How many?
Have you worked on any Drupal community code? Please provide links if so.
