College Social Network Site

A college social network site is needed ASAP. The site must be based on Drupal. It must provide the following functions:

1. Profile management for teachers, students, alumni, corporate insiders and other personnels
2. Linkedin-like profile page
3. Groups of certain interests that users can join
4. Request and submit references between users
5. Site-wise mailing system
6. A simple theme that allows future customization
7. Preferably, a graph generator that visually displays reference relationship
8. Preferably, a Chinese interface
(7 and 8 are not required, but will improve your opportunity and funding.)
