I have one user, that whenever he adds or changes content, he is challenged with a CAPTCHA challenge.

I cannot see why, or anything different about this particular user. He is a moderator on the site and this is proving very annoying.

I have verified that it does not matter what machine/location he uses, he gets the same problem.
If I modify the same page, I do not get challenged.
He gets the challenge whenever he modifies or creates any page, so it seems user related rather than content related.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I'd recommend making sure you have a 'moderator' user role and adding the 'post with no checking' permission to that role. That will prevent Mollom for trying to challenge anyone with that user role.
