apachesolr_commentsearch doesn't display correct date in results

The date stored in the document is the node's, not the comment's timestamp.

I've included a patch that sets the document date fields (created, changed, last_comment_or_change) to the comment's timestamp. CAVEAT: didn't verify whether there other uses for these fields that require node values.
