RDF module breaks some multi-step forms

On my Drupal 6 site, when the RDF module is activated I see the following really bad things happen:

1. I can't uninstall modules anymore. Pressing the button on the confirmation page just refreshes the page.
2. Modules disable themselves randomly when I try to uninstall stuff.
3. I can't create activity2 activity types. The form resets itself when you try to submit it.

As best I can tell, the RDF module is screwing up multi-step forms on the site. I don't think the module is useable as long as it does that. Hopefully a patch will be forthcoming. identifying this error cost me both time and money.
