4.7...

Let me start off by saying I've searched this forum and Google and I haven't found a clear cut answer on how to add my logo to photos I'm uploading to my galleries.

Looks like there's some people hacking the actual module which I don't want to do.

Is there a way to do this with the image module and additional module that works with 4.7?

Seems everyone would want to protect their images so there should be something out there.

I'm looking for a solid watermark solution as well. An addon to image.module would be ideal.

there is an old issue I found here but it's a hack rather then a modular plugin. maybe we could get something started together?

I don't think so. This still would need some love to work in 4.7 and maybe some architectural reconsidering to accomplish this in a clean module rather then hacking up image.modul and image.inc. I'd love to see more features with image handling but I don't think I am able to do that by myselfe.

Rather then putting money together I'd like to extend my skills and learn how to build this on my own. That means if I'll get some help from the community. Related to this issue I already started building up some bits that can be found here and I am just waiting for some response and help to get on going with it.
But if I won't succeed I would consider putting a bounty together is a good idea. Thanks for tuning in your suggestion, but I am realy looking forward to collaborate with somebody to build up my first little module with. Every help would be very appreciated.
