I was not successful in installing MassMailer - the modules appear, but when I navigate to this url it balks ?q=admin/settings/massmailer

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: form_select() in /homepages/7/d165793306/htdocs/modules/massmailer/massmailer.module on line 90

Other errors point to the same nonexistent path: /homepages/7/d165793306/htdocs/

My website is hosted at 1and1.com, which gives it MySQL databases but I don't think it allows shell interaction. I read a post about curl replacing the need for shell access, and since email confirmations worked correctly after configuring the advuser panel, I tend to think that the docs aren't updated yet and I'm close enough to get this to install. I did try the phplist-2.10 as well as the 2.9.4 versions.

This module uses the old form_* functions. I am working on a patch to bring it up to 4.7 using the Forms API.

Is there any headway on this for 4.7 yet? I sure would like to get this installed to test out.

Do you have an update on the error message in Drupal 4.7 with using MassMailer?

We tried to convert the forms using http://www.lullabot.com/formupdater which allowed us to get the form running w/ out errors, but the form did not display like it should and when installing PHPList, PHPList did not display in MassMailer.

Please advise on when you thing this may be updated. I need this ASAP so I may be willing to pay. Please advise on what the cost will be.
