Change the scheme titles to the scheme name [#673904]

Have the names of the tabs/menu items being scheme # was really bothering me. Here is a patch to display the names of the scheme instead.

Because I didn't test very well.......

Here is a new patch that works for new scheme's also.

3rd time is a charm. I added a menu rebuild after saving the scheme forms.

This does look better, and I've checked it in. Thanks.

(But I think it might have been better implemented using the 'title callback' feature of the menu system.)
