Add an easy way to print out an entire advanced_help set as one document?

Issue Summary

Maybe there's third-pary tools for this or something extremely obvious I'm missing, but is it possible to print (or print to PDF) an entire Advanced Help set at one go?

Not that I know of. Would be a pretty spiffy tool, though!

It's still a nice feature to consider. But we won't be adding features to 6.x now, so moving to 7.x.
