when i enter a url at the url settings and when i`m click on the banner the url is changed
e.g.:
from:
http://partners.webmasterplan.com/click.asp?ref=447523&site=6396&type=b1...
to:
http://partners.webmasterplan.com/click.asp?ref=447523&site=6396&type=b1...

Can you explain it more. I think the filter you mention is the filter on this post. Maybe if you use code tag the filter is not applied and I can see the problem that I suppose by now something related with & character maybe or ? character. But please include your two links, the correct and wrong ones into code tag like this:

http://partners.webmasterplan.com/click.asp?ref=447523&site=6396&type=b1&bnb=1

and the filter will not be applied. You can see the tags available just below the textarea.
