This one has me pulling my hair out.

The worst part is, I cannot recreate the problem on my end. It works perfectly for me on every machine I test it on.
I even contacted our server and they did not have any problems either.

However, I have now had 7 different people (both on Macs and PC using firefox and safari) tell me they are having this problem.
I can only imagine how many people are not saying anything about having issues with the downloads and this is the main content of our site.

I really appreciate your help with this. I am at my wits end on this problem so far.

The link to the site in question: http://familymoons.com/public/audio

Not sure if this helps, but my server suggested to have a user with the problem run a traceroute.
This is what the user came up with (I replaced the ip addresses):

traceroute to familymoons.com (ip.address), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets

Below is what a few of the users have said about the problem:

i'm on windows with firefox. what happens in the FF download window is it tells me it's downloading but it's not giving me a status, it just kind of keeps spinning, doesn't show it downloading. there's no error message.

i gave up on the one mix when this happened, but tried it with another mix. same thing happened, but i forgot and left it running and left for a few hours. when i came back, the file had downloaded, and it plays fine. my friend however, left her DL running over night on the same mix and it never DL'd. don't know if she got an error message.

my cookies/cache are emptied regularly, so i doubt this is the problem.

I am having major issues trying to download any music from your site. I
don't have problems downloading from any other site for example soundcloud
etc. I am on a mac and have a solid internet connection. I have had my
computer debugged by a professional so I am wondering why I am having such
major technical difficulties with your site only.

i am on mac X with flock or safari...i go to download and i
only get about 30-45 seconds of the entire thing!...what should i do?

Is anyone else having problems with downloading the audiofiles? I'm trying to download on a Mac Book pro, but for any file it trys for a while and then says "operation cannot be performed.."
Any ideas..? I have attached a screenshot.
Thanks :)
