The client requested a site on Drupal. I must remove all references to the site of the manufacturer. And replace all the text containing the name of this cms. Do not violate any such execution license? There find ready to use po files suitable for these requirements?

I don't understand all your asking about po files.. But Drupal is open source and you can remove or rename any of the Drupal names from the site. It is nice to spread the word about Drupal, but that's up to you.
