Releases for Attachment Links

Changes since -beta1:

* Add a pseudo-field so that the weight of the links can be changed in the Fields UI (Display fields). Can also hide them on a per-build mode basis
* Switch dashes to underscores for files declarations in .info
* Show a friendly name and a machine name to the user
* Only show links if there are actual files attached.

This is the initial port to Drupal 7.

Added check to make sure attachment links are enabled for that node type before displaying related help text or attempting to retrieve a file #688754: Help text and links appear for nodes that don't have Attachment Links enabled.

Fixed undefined function error. Changed output for the upload form. Made minor changes to the template file.
