This doesn't make any sense other than the Linux OS I'm using isn't working. I'm running openSuSe 11.2 (php 5.2.10) and Windows Xp Pro (php 5.2.11) in a VBox. I'm using "Filter Default 6.x-1.x-dev" and I have Drupal installed on my windows exactly as my openSuse. Both use the same MySql Database.
On my Windows VM, I can blogg using ScribeFire or WLW and everything fine posting fullHtml, but bogging from any OS straight to my openSuSe, my tags are trashed and it seems it try's to add more tags.
This is how my set looks:
Windows Vista Ultimate (192.168.0.101)

-------------Guest - Windows XP Pro (192.168.0.102)
and
----Server - openSuse 11.2 (192.168.0.100)

------------Guest - openSuse 11.2 (Drupal Development) (192.168.56.103)

------------Guest - openSuse 11.2 (MySql Database) (192.168.56.105)
Could this be a openSuse problem?
