Hello,
I created the following:
Product A - quantity 10
Product B - quantity 0
ProductKit 1 (contains Product A & B)
ProductKit 2 (contains 5xProduct A only)
ProductKit 1 contains Product A & B. When I add ProductKit 1, I can checkout and everything. It doesn't kick me out even when Product B is out of stock. I also have the uc_out_of_stock module installed but it still doesn't stop me from checking out.
I was wondering if there's a solution to update ProductKit 1 automatically so that it will be disabled if no more stock is available from the products it contains. I was also wondering if the opposite would also work - if I make a single purchase of ProductKit 2, I will not be able to make a purchase of 6 or more items for Product A on its own.
I did a search on the product kit function and it sounds like this is a common problem with no solution? Or is there one that's already available that I haven't found?
Thanks, would really appreciate some help!

Did you find a solution for this?
Hi oopsies,
Did you ever find a solution for this issue?
Thanks!
Bump
Yep - Bump up on this one - what should happen if a kit contains items some of which are in stock and some of which are not. And what about attribute options if the SKU's are set to treat these as separate (stock) items?
When the kit is listed it could be set that a warning that 'Not all items are in stock' and then only the items which are in stock should be added to the basket.
