New D7 core module handbook pages [#674456]

There are several new modules in D7 core that require handbook documentation to be written. Stub pages have been created, and issues filed for each - here is a meta issue/list to track for Docs sprinters (pls add if I've missed any):

Is there somewhere where I could find out more information about these modules? I've tried the issue queue without much luck.

not really that i know of - the help pages in drupal core have a bunch of info, so i would use that as a starting point, add some screenshots and admin tips, and maybe try and hook some core dev/module people to review and add to it.

Just did some final reviews here, most of this is in good shape. Ideally before marking fixed:

- http://drupal.org/documentation/modules/contextual could probably use another once over from someone with dev skillz, it's a bit sparse and I'm not sure if there should be more dev-oriented info.
- http://drupal.org/documentation/modules/file needs a tech review + skim through comments if anyone is up for it!
