Fatal error: Call to undefined function noprob_primary_links() in /home3/macrecyc/public_html/site/themes/noprob/page.tpl.php on line 41
I have cleared my browser cache and tryed other browsers and still the I get the error.
What might be causing my site to not load? I loaded an hour before, then an hour laster when loading the page I got the error

If you create a new theme function, you need to flush your Drupal cache for it to get picked up.

Admin -> Performance -> "Clear Cached Data" (at the bottom)

FYI a PHP error would really have nothing to do with what browser you are using or with the browser's cache.
