My site was recently made and I got hosting with Ezy Rewards PLUS. I chose Drupal as my content management and I am getting a fatal error code when I try to load my site. My site address is www.holmesey.com and the error message says "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: drupal_is_front_page() in /home/holmesey/public_html/themes/engines/phptemplate/phptemplate.engine on line 142"
Can you please help me fix it!

error
I'm getting the message "www.holmesey.com" not found. Did you just register the domain name?
Separate issue: this function is declared in "includes/path.inc", which is loaded at startup. Can you verify that this file exists?
Also, what version of Drupal are you using? Has the site worked before, and stopped working when you changed/added/removed something, or is this a new installation? Did you install this yourself via ftp, or did you use Fantastico, etc.?

Ummm well I am now using
Ok, umm I used fantastico. I am using Drupal 4.7.0 (soon to be 4.7.2). It is a brand new domain made about 3 days ago.
I have a friend who is fixing it for me. He said that there was a problem with the Drupal script some where. I will leave it and see if he can do anything about it. (He is very smart).
If I need more help I will reply back saying "help."

OK, I can access your site now, so the domain name must have fully propogated. I'm not seeing any errors, though. Is it working OK for you now?

I have this problem too
Hi,
I have a site runningDrupal at www.accessindia.org.in/cms. I installed version 4.6.3 using Fantastico. I am able to access Drupal and change settings. When I click Themes, the error comes and from then on, the site is completely down. The error reads:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: drupal_is_front_page() in /home/aigroup/public_html/cms/themes/engines/phptemplate/phptemplate.engine on line 113
I tried three uninstalls and reinstalls but each time, I get the same error when I want to change the Theme settings.
Help please!
Thanks,
Kiran.
Update
You should really be using 4.7.2. I never trusted Fantastico for installations, anyway (yes, I'm old-fashioned).

I have 4.7.0 now
Hi Corie,
You may be right that Fantastico cannot always be trusted. Well, it is crear that it reported the version number of Drupal wrongly. I checked the changelog.txt and the version installed is 4.7.0. With my level of knowledge and skill, Fantastico is the only go.
Anyway, I reinstalled Drupal and as I mentioned, it will work till I do not touch the Themes settings.
Regards,
Kiran.
Don't use 4.7.0

Fantastico is the culprit
Hi Corie and others,
I solved all my problems by installing drupal manually. Thanks a lot for your help. I now have 4.7.2.
Thanks,
Kiran.
