Add info about outdated translations here, current ones at l.d.o

Please add the following text (or something similar) to the project page:

Important: The translations here are outdated! You will find the current (and much improved) versions of the translations at http://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/nn/export. (You need to log in with your Drupal.org account to access the page.)

This is a temporary situation, while we're in transit from the old, CVS based translations to the new localization server. In time, the localization server will handle automatic packaging of translations.

Since this is extremely important information, I suggest removing as much as possible of the other text on the landing page, to make sure the announcement isn't overlooked in a wall of text. Perhaps replace all the remaining text there with something like:

Contributions to the translations are very welcome. See http://localize.drupal.org/translate/nn for information on how to join the translation team.

The Norwegian community can be found at http://groups.drupal.org/norway and http://drupalnorge.no

...and then move any other info that should be kept to localize.drupal.org or gdo/norway.
