Cannot find paypal_framework for 4.6

Dear All,

I'm attempting to install the paypal subscription module which requires paypal_framework. I tried using the module at this location: http://drupal.org/node/61311. But it seems to have been modded for 4.7. I also tried downloading the 4.6 version from hivemindz, but even after registering I cannot seem to find the link to the actual download. So, where should I be downloading it from? Or is there a better way to implement subscriptions?
