Some terms are not found

Hi, I'm wondering about the following problem: some terms (of the same node) are found and some not.

On the homepage I have a dynosearchblock.
If I'm looking for the term »psychoonkologie« the result is shown correct: Elana G. Mannheim, 79100 Freiburg
But if I'm looking for the term »tanztherapie« nothing is show there. No results.

Note: Both terms are listed in the taxonomy and both terms are tags of same node (Elana G. Mannheim, 79100 Freiburg). I wrote them into the node by using the metatag-module and the freetagging cck-taxonomy-field.

Any idea?
