Trying here for help with block formatting

Posted this in the theme's issues page and the theme forum but getting no response, so I am posting here in the hope that someone, anyone, can provide some help with this.

I posted this as an issue in the Sky theme, but I don't know if any dev or maintainer is checking that lately from the lack of responses to prior issues I see others have posted.

Is there anyone here that might know a way to correct the way that Sky is formatting Recent Forum Post block that the SMF bridge creates?

Here is a screenshot of how it looks on my site. The theme seems to break all the information up by line and causes the block to run way down the page. I want to remove the extra lines between the title and the "by", forum name and the posting date removed. I also want to have the poster's name on the same line as "by" as well as the forum's name on the same line as "in".

I have Firebug and have tried to track this down but just can't locate what is controlling this one block to look this way. None of the other blocks appear as you can see in this site screenshot.
