Include a js file inside a function in a module

Hi,

Can sumone plz suggest me that is there a way to include an external JS file inside a function in a module and unset it at the end of the function or is there a way to unset a file on frontpage that was included by a module? I need to do this because my module included js file is conflicting with the files included on frontpage.

Or is there a way to put a check for frontpage in a module?
