cluetip plugin for Drupal 5.x

This http://plugins.jquery.com/project/cluetip/ very nice plugin, i created module that show in navigation menu tips, but found issue and vary surprised why it's happed. If i use jquery library from drupal cluetip not works, but if i replace jquery from cluetip package on drupal jquery plugin works but collapsible field no. anybody knows what the problem?
