I've been running into a similar problem as the css not loading when the block cache is turned on. I had that problem too, but the update seems to have fixed it. However, now I have the Edit and Configure buttons showing up even though they don't have permission to do so. If I turn off the block cache the buttons are removed. Any help would be appreciated, and thanks for a great module.
