I have permissions disabled for all users. The tips do not show up for all my normal content types (blog, story, etc.). But when I create a classified ad (using Classified Ads module), the tips show up.

Not sure if this issue goes here or under Classified Ads, but any help is appreciated.

If that module is providing their own fields, ie not through CCK, then BF does not automatically provide integration. This is on purpose for performance and development reasons with how Drupal works in D6.
