Cannot Edit OG after installing this module.

Hi

After installing this module I cannot edit the OG page any more. Please see attached screen shot below. A few other content types like Ubercart Product cannot be edited by anyone as well. I tried editing with both users and admin access but still having the same issue. I also uninstalled this module but after uninstalling some of the content types disappear from the create content list.

Can you guys please help me out. I'm really stuck there and I can't even carry on with my project.
