Login Help

I need assistance. Some how I have forgotten what my login is. At least it is
not allowing my to login with what I thought my username and password was. I
try to Create new account or Request a new password to where to gives me a
message that states; The CAPTCHA field is required. The spam filter installed
on this site is currently unavailable. Per site policy, we are unable to
accept new submissions until that problem is resolved. Please try
resubmitting the form in a couple of minutes. Sorry, this name is not
recognized as a user name or an e-mail address. With all this, I do not now
what to do to be able to login. Are there any other options to be able to
login, such as changing any of the files in the webserver? I would truely
appreciate any help if you are able to assist, Thanks.
