I apologize for the poor title and the subsequent poor description of the problem. I have a site (up for two days). I had installed the usual suspects like CCK, panels, ldap integration along with the "analytic" theme. However, when I looked at the site today, none of the pages load correctly. For example, there is no login block or link, no panel information and the site is unstyled, pretty much. The only thing that appears is a search box, the primary links, and the actual node content--no panels or other materials that might be included in a theme. I am not even able to login to disable any of the modules or to adjust the theme. Finally, there are three warning messages that appear on every page:
* warning: array_map(): Argument #2 should be an array in /home/www/bioinformatics/htdocs/site/modules/system/system.module on line 1015.
* warning: array_keys(): The first argument should be an array in /home/www/bioinformatics/htdocs/site/includes/theme.inc on line 1771.
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/www/bioinformatics/htdocs/site/includes/theme.inc on line 1771.
This makes me suspect that there is a problem with how the analytic theme is playing with something else on the site, but I have no real idea, as the theming appeared to be working last night. Any suggestions on how to get out of this bind, or should I try to recreate the site?
Thanks,
Sean

Broken site and unable to access to change config--resolved
I was able to login as admin. When I then visited the /admin/ page, things went back to normal. So, I'm out of my bind, but I'm still perplexed as to what might have caused the original problem; I'm particularly interested so that I can preempt the problem next time.
Thanks again,
Sean
Same error when installing the link module on new site
Hi Sean,
I got the exact same error msg when I installed the link module just now. Its a completely new site with no content that I am populating with modules, quite a few I'm afraid.
Did you find out anything more about this, or did it happen again for you?

Continued errors for me, too
Thomas,
I do continue to have the errors. I'm not sure exactly the situation that causes the problem, but I can reproducibly clear up the problem by login as admin and visiting the admin page. I need to try to better reproduce the problem. As for your concern about modules, I did not have the problem with a standard install, but I pretty much immediately began adding modules, so it could certainly be one of a dozen or so.

So far I have only seen the error one time, when I installed the link module and went to the Status report page. I am not claiming that this has anything to do with link, just that it happened directly after link was enabled, that's all.
Maybe this is due to that I so far has always been logged in as Admin since it happened. Still has no content on this site. I am getting to when I need to test using other roles so I will keep this in mind and see if it happens for me later on.
Let me know if you find anything more about this please.
